摘 要:介绍了琥珀酸的主要应用领域。进一步分析了生物转化法生产琥珀酸的成本结构 ,生物转化法不仅具有环保、节约能源的优点 ,而且使琥珀酸的生产摆脱了石油产品的限制 ,从而使低成本、大规模制取琥珀酸成为可能。Succinic acid is an important organic acid and it is widely used in the food and pharmaceutical category. Succinic acid can also be used to produce 1,4-Butanediol,Tetrahydrofuran, γ -Butyrolactone,and other chemical intermediates. As a carbon-intermediate chemical, succinic acid had the potential market of 4 million tons annually. Biological methods not only have energy saving, environmental protecting characteristics ,but also can get rid of the limitation of petroleum. That will make the large-scale production of succinic acid possible. The cost of biological methods was analyzed also in this paper. It will provide the reference for the research and strategy decision of succinic acid production.
