摘　　要：介绍了基于DELPHI和PCL - 81 2PG的电磁铸轧测控系统的硬件结构和软件设计 。This article introduces the structure of hardware and the design of software of the computer monitored control system about electromagnetic continuous cast-rolling, which is based on DELPHI and PCL-812PG. As to the key technique of data acquisition, this article introduces two methods of using DELPHI to control I/O ports of hardware in Windows.
