摘 要:目的 :观察心脑舒通片对实验性大鼠心肌梗死、局灶性脑缺血损伤的作用 ,并与心脑舒通胶囊进行比较。方法 :用大鼠冠状动脉结扎、大鼠大脑中动脉阻断动物模型 ,以总电机械收缩期指数(EMTI)、左室射血期指数 (LVETI)、射血前期指数(PEPI)、血流动力学比率 (PEP/LVETI) ,评价在体心肌收缩性能 ;以血清天门冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)活性、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH )活性和心肌梗死面积 ,评价心肌损伤程度 ;以行为学检测和脑梗死面积占总面积 ,判断脑损伤程度。结果 :与模型组相比 ,心脑舒通片大、中、小剂量组实验性心肌梗死大鼠的血流动力学指标 (除外LVETI ,只有中剂量组对其改善有统计学差异 )、血清酶学指标和行为学的改变均有不同程度的改善作用 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。其中 ,血清酶学指标的改善以小剂量组作用较好 ,与同等临床 5倍剂量的心脑舒通胶囊组比较无明显差异(P >0 .0 5 )。与模型组比较 ,大剂量组大鼠的脑梗死面积有明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :心脑舒通片对实验性大鼠心肌梗死、局灶性脑缺血损伤均有治疗作用 。AIM: To observe the effect of Xinnaoshutong tablet for experimental cardiac and focal cerebral infarction in rats,and compared with that of Xianaoshutong capsule. METHODS: The rat model of coronary artery ligation and medicerebral artery blockade was used to evaluate the therapeutical action of Xinnaoshutong tablet.The electrical mechanical time index (EMTI),left ventricle ejection time index (LVETI),prophase ejection period index (PEPI),hemodynamics ratio index (PEP/LVETI) were measured for evaluation of cardiac contractility in vivo. The activity of aspartic acid transaminase(AST) and lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH),the area of myocardial infarction were detected for evaluation of injury degree of myocardium. The praxiological sign and area of cerebral infarction infarction were explored for estimation of injury degree of cerebrum. RESULTS: Compared with model rats,Xinnaoshutiong tablet in small,medium and large dosage could improve the most alterations in cardiac function and sero-enzyme activity caused by coronary artery ligation of rat model( P< 0.05 or P <0.01),but only medium dosage could improve the alteration of LVETI. The small dosage Xinnaoshutong tablet has better effect on improving AST and LDH,and there was no significant differences compared with Xinnaoshutong capsule in smae dosage ( P > 0.05 ). Xinnaoshutong tablet in small,medium and large dosage could ameliorate the praxiology sign caused by medicerebral artery blockade of rat model ( P< 0.05 ). Xinnaoshutong tablet could also ameliorate the cerebral infarction size after 5 d administration,but in large dosage only ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION:Xinnaoshatong tablet has the therapeutical effect on experimental cardiac and cerebral infarction of rats. There are no significant differences in effects compared Xinnaoshutong tablet with Xinnoshatong capsule.
