摘  要:采用水浸渍腐蚀、湿热箱腐蚀和电化学测量等试验方法 ,进行了铅锭试片在不同大气环境和几种水溶液介质中的加速腐蚀试验 .结果表明 :铅在蒸馏水、雨水等软水中腐蚀严重 ,表面生成的白锈基本无保护作用 .而铅在自来水、人工海水和湿热箱中腐蚀程度有所减缓 ,铅表面生成的腐蚀产物对铅有一定的保护作用 .雨水、露水等软水和热季的高温 ,以及空气中的氧是铅锭腐蚀产生白锈的主要原因 .By means of electrochemical measurement,immersion in waters and dry-humidity cycle test,the corrosion behavior of cast lead plates was studied in viruous atmosphere environments and waters or solutions.The results showed that severe corrosion of lead occurred in soft waters such as distilled water and rainwater.The white rust on the surface of lead showed less protectiveness generally.But in comparison with soft waters,the corrosion extent of lead was depressed in tap water,artificial seawater and by dry-humidity cycle test,and the relevant white rust on the surface of lead showed protectiveness to some extent.In conclusion,the corrosion to produce white rust may be due to high temperature in hot season,O_2 in atmosphere and soft water such as rainwater and dew.
