摘  要:目的建立一种简单快速测定大气中硝酸盐含量的方法。方法用碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠混合液吸收大气中的硝酸盐,离子色谱法测定吸收液中的硝酸盐含量,根据采气量算出大气中硝酸盐含量。结果NO3-的检出限为0.080mg/L,当采气体积为100L时,最低检出浓度为0.008mg/m3,测定方法的线性范围为0~30mg/L,相关系数为r=0.9996,相对标准偏差<5%,样品回收率为92.0%~96.7%。结论湿法吸收离子色谱测定法是一种选择性好、简便快速的测定大气中硝酸盐含量的方法。Objective To establish a method for rapid determination of nitrate in air. Methods Nitrate in air was absorbed using Na2CO3-NaHCO3 solution and the content of nitrate in the absorption liquid was determined by ion chromatography. Results The detection limit of NO3- was 0.008 mg/m3 when the sampling volume of air was 100 L. The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 6. The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 5% and the recovery rates was 92.0%-96.7%. Conclusion The method had good selectivity and was simple and rapid for the determination of nitrate in air.
