摘　　要：在低比特率视频压缩编码中,全零块的检测是一种常用的技术,用来减少编码器的计算复杂性。该文提出了一种基于H.264/AVC整数变换的全零块检测方法,并在仿真实验中取得较好的效果。In low bits-rate Vedio coding,all-zero block determination is a common technique to reduce the computational complexity of the encoder.In this paper a method to determine the all-zero block based on integer transform of H .264/AVC is presented,and achieves good performance in simulation experime nt.
