摘  要:随着油田开发的不断深入 ,斜井采油呈逐年上升趋势。斜井有杆泵诊断技术是针对在斜井采油生产中出现的抽油杆与油管之间和油管与套管之间磨损严重、抽油杆易脱扣、抽油泵易损坏、泵效低、检泵周期短等问题而开发的。该技术的应用对及时了解深井泵的工作状况、诊断井下抽油杆在不同深度的磨擦情况和优化设计杆柱组合等 ,提供了理论依据 ,提高了斜井泵效 ,延长了斜井检泵周期 。As the deepening of oilfield development, deviated wells are increasingly used. Beam pump diagnostic technique for such well is developed in accordance with problems such as severe wear between pumping rod and tubing and between tubing and casing, rod thread-off, pump damage, low pump efficiency, and short pump inspection period. The application of this technique can aware the operating status of deep well timely, diagnose the wear of rod at different depth, and optimize rod string. This technique can improve pump efficiency, extend pump inspection period, and solve problems of deviated well production and management.
