摘  要:目的 :探讨多层面螺旋CT技术在椎动脉成像中的应用。材料和方法 :采用GELightspeed 16螺旋CT扫描机 ,对3 0例患者做MSCTVA检查。扫描参数 :12 0kV ,2 5 0mA ,0 .8s/r ,层厚 16× 1.2 5mm ,床速 2 7.5mm/s ,螺距为 1.3 75 :1,用高压注射器经肘静脉注射非离子型对比剂 80~ 90ml,注射速度 3 .5ml/s ,扫描延迟时间平均 2 0s。重叠 5 0 %重建横轴位图像并传至工作站进行后处理。采用VRT、AVA分别重建双侧椎动脉。结果 :除 1支椎动脉未显示外 ,成功重建 5 9支 ,包括 3 1支正常 ,16支走行异常 ,5支局部狭窄 ,4支局部动脉壁钙化 ,2支椎动脉较对侧明显细 ,1支椎动脉动脉瘤。AVA全程满意显示各支椎动脉 ,VRT除 7支寰椎段椎动脉显示不满意外 ,其余各段均满意显示。结论 :多层面螺旋CT扫描技术与后处理技术相结合 ,能很好地显示正常与异常椎动脉及其病因和邻近解剖结构。Purpose: To investigate the application of multi-slice helical CT in vertebral artery imaging. Materials and Methods: MSCT vertebral arteriography (MSCTVA) in 30 patients were performed by GE light speed 16 helical CT system. The scan protocol was as following: 120 kV, 250 mA, 0.8s/r, section thickness 16×1.25mm, and table speed 27.5mm/sec. Pitch 1.375:1, with iv. bolus injection of nonionic contrast materials in rate of 3.5ml/sec. with total volume 80~90 ml. The mean delay time between the injection and initiation of CT scanning was 20 sec. The images were reconstructed with overlap 50%, and transferred to GE AW4.1 workstation for imaging processing. The volume rendering technique (VRT) and advanced vessel analysis (AVA) were used to reconstruct bilateral vertebral arteries respectively. Results: Of 60 arteries, the arterial total length of 59 vertebral arteries were displayed in varies reconstruction images, including 31 normal arteries,16 arteries with abnormal course, 5 arteries with local stenosis, 4 arteries with local calcification of vessel wall, 2 arteries being smaller than opposite ones, 1 artery with aneurysm. fifty-nine and 42 vertebral arteries were showed total length with excellent results by AVA and VRT respectively. The part of atlas of vertebral arteries were not showed excellent in 7 arteries by VRT. Conclusion: To combine MSCT scanning with post-processing techniques, it can well display normal or abnormal vertebral artery, and its pathogenesis, as well as adjacent anatomic structures.
