摘　　要：目的　通过卫生监督检查 ,掌握医用防护用品市场的基本情况 ,制定进一步的监督措施 ,从而更好地保护卫生从业人员及其他有关人员的身体健康和生命安全。方法　汇总、整理全省各地市、各县区卫生监督机构依据省卫生厅有关文件精神对医用防护用品准售证件等进行监督检查的报表资料并进行分析。结果　各种医用防护用品的医疗器械用品注册证持有率、备案凭证持有率、生产企业卫生许可证持证率及检验报告合格证明持有率差异较大。医用防护服、医用防护手套、医用防护帽等防护用品的不同准售证件持有率差异也较大 ,且差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 0 0 1 )。结论　医用防护用品中不同产品准售证件的持证率差异较大 ,医用防护服、医用防护手套、医用防护帽等防护用品的不同准售证件持有率差异也较大。卫生监督机构应进一步加强监督力度 。Objective Through sanitary surveillance and inspection,learn more about the market of medical protective products and work out further supervisory measures to better protect the health care professionals and people concerned.Methods We collected,rearranged and analyzed the report forms and documents of inspection of license of medical protective products from different cities and counties all over Henan province which were submit under the guidance of Henan Health Administration Bureau.Results The registered license holding rate of all kinds of medical instruments,the certificate holding rate of being put on the file of the authourity,of the manufactures and of test reports are greatly different,which was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The rates mentioned above were markedly different.Sanitary surveillance should be reinforced to further normalize the medical protective products market.
