黄白散治疗上消化道出血160例

摘　　要：目的　观察上消化道出血患者服用黄白散临床疗效。方法　 1 6 0例上消化道出血患者随机分为两组 ,分别用黄白散和云南白药治疗。结果　两组总有效率分别为 92 5 0 %和 87 5 0 %。Objective To observe the Clinical effect of Huangbaisan on upper digestive tract hemorrhage.Methods 160 cases with upper digestive tract hemorrhage were randomly divided into 2 groups,and were treated by Huangbaisan and Baiyao respectively.Results The total effective rate of the 2 groups are 92.50%.and 87.50% respectively.Conclusion Huangbaiaon has good effect treating upper digestive tract hemorrhage.
