摘 要:用预测方法来研究钢丝绳抽油杆抽油系统的抽油模式 ,可确定在中、低产量深井中应用此抽油系统的最佳油汲参数、杆柱组合、抽油机机型等。研究结果表明 ,在中、低产量深井应用此抽油系统时 ,长冲程、低冲次、中小泵径、油管锚定、直径较小的钢丝绳杆与直径较大的加重钢杆组成的抽油混合杆柱是最佳抽油模式。该模式有利于提高泵的有效冲程及系统效率 ,降低能耗。采用液压抽油机有利于充分发挥钢丝绳抽油杆的有效冲程 。The pumping model of wire rope sucker rod pumping system was developed by means of predicting calculation. This model can be applied to determine the optimum pumping parameters, taper of rod and pumping devices in middle- or low-production deep well. The analysis results show that when applying this pumping system in middle or low production deep well, the best pumping model is the compound rod comprised of longer length stroke, lower pumping speeding, middle or small pump diameter, tubing being anchored and small diameter wire rope sucker rod with larger-diameter weight bar. This pumping model is suitable for enhancing the effective stroke and efficiency of pumping system and reducing the consumption of energy. Moreover, it is pointed that application of hydraulic pumping unit is propitious to exert fully the effective stroke of wire rope sucker rod, while sucker pump of heavy oil with large diameter makes against the exertion of the merit of the rod.
