成人P波离散度正常值调查及与年龄、性别的关系

摘　　要：目的调查P波离散度(Pwd)正常值及其与年龄、性别的关系。方法选择18～80岁的健康成人280例,按年龄段分为六组,用12导同步心电图机收集资料,测定最大P波时限(Pmax),最小P波时限(Pmin),计算二者差值为Pwd,并探讨不同年龄、性别的Pwd的变化情况。结果(1)成人Pwd正常值范围确定为小于40mm/s(x+1.96s)。(2)正常成人Pwd与年龄的大小无关(P>0.05),但有随年龄增加的趋势;男性的Pwd值大于女性(P<0.05)。结论成人P波离散度的正常值小于40ms,该值与年龄无关,男性大于女性。Objective To investigate the normal value of P wave dispersion and study its correlation to age and sex among adults.Methods 280 adults'surface ECG were collected with 12-lead electrocardiogram.The maximum P wave duration(Pmax)?the minimum P wave duration(Pmin) and the P wave dispersion(Pmax-Pmin)were measured and calculated by manual methods.We also investigated the change of Pwd in different age and sex.Results The normal value of Pwd is less than 40ms;it didn't related to age, but it has a higher value trends in old age.Men's Pwd is higher than that of women's.Conclusion The normal value of Pwd is less than 40ms.And it has no correlation to age.Men's Pwd is slightly higher than that of women's.
