预真空甲醛消毒灭菌器的杀菌效果试验

摘　　要：目的　验证自制的预真空甲醛消毒灭菌器的消毒灭菌效果。方法　选择国家规定的消毒试验菌种 ,在满载的情况下 ,将菌片置于试管的底部 ,创造成消毒药物不易达到的被消毒物品的盲管部位 ,放在消毒箱体内的不同部位 ,试验温度 5 4℃ ,进行不同时间的杀菌试验。结果　各点杀菌效果均匀一致 ,作用 30分钟 ,可将细菌繁殖体全部杀灭 ;作用 4 0分钟 ,可将白色念珠菌全部杀灭 ;作用 6 0分钟可将枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞和嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞全部杀灭。结论　该预真空甲醛消毒灭菌器5 4℃下 ,作用 6 0分钟可得到满意的消毒效果 ,作用 12 0分钟可得到满意的灭菌效果。Objective:Inorder to examinethe efficacy of disinfection and sterilization of the secf-made forevaccum formadehyde disinfector.Methods:Bacteria cultures for disinfection test ofnational stardard were put on the plates under full load condition and the plates were placed at the bottom of the test tubes,Where is the blindspot for the disinfectant not easy to reach.Put the test-tubes into different parts ofthe disinfection set tempreture at 54℃ to star disinfection test with different killing time.Results:All parts have the same disinfection efficaey.after 30 min killing time vegetative forms of bacteria were all killed.after 40 min killing time candida albicoms were all killed.after 60 min killing time Both bacillus Subtitis Var.niger and Bacillus Stearothermophilus could be killed.Conclusion:This kindofthe forevaccum formadehyde disinfector has satisfactory disinfection efficaey at 54℃ with 60 min of killing time and Satisfactory Sterilization efficacy at 54℃ with l20 min of killing time.
