摘　　要：目的 :了解上海市医院抗抑郁药的应用情况及变化趋势。方法 :以限定日剂量为指标对上海市47家医院2000年～2002年抗抑郁药数据进行统计分析。结果 :抗抑郁药金额的年平均增长率为15 33 % ,选择性5 -HT再摄取抑制剂 (SSRIs)用药金额占抗抑郁药总金额的92 17 % ,氟西汀用药金额占抗抑郁药总金额的60 02 %。结论 :SSRIs占据了抗抑郁药市场的主导地位。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current situation and developing trend of the use of antidepressants in hospitals of Shanghai.METHODS:Using DDD as index,the data of antidepressants used in47hospitals in Shanghai during the period2000～2002were analyzed.RESULTS:The average annual increase rate of sum of money for antidepressants was15.33%.The sum of money for selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs)accounted for92.17%,and that of fluoxetine accounted for60.02%of the total antidepressants used.CONCLUSION:SSRIs occupied the antidepressants marketing predominance.
