庆大霉素与阿奇霉素联用方式的实验考察

摘　　要：目的 :通过实验证实静止期杀菌剂和抑菌剂联用的效果及联用方式 ,以期降低细菌内毒素的释放量 ,改善临床感染症状。方法 :采用微生物井式扩散法 ,在无菌条件下 ,用短小芽胞杆菌作菌悬液 ,庆大霉素、阿奇霉素标准品为模型药物 ,测定两者合用后的抑菌圈。结果 :两种抗生素联用后的抑菌圈比庆大霉素单用的抑菌圈大 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :静止期杀菌剂和抑菌剂联用可增强静止期杀菌剂的杀菌效果 ,先用抑菌剂后用静止期杀菌剂的效果优于两者同时应用。OBJECTIVE The effect of bactericide in combination with bacteriostatic to be used in bacterial rest penod was verified by an experiment in order to decrease the released amount of bacterial endotoxin and improve clinical infective symptom. METHODS Bacteriostatic ring after both using together was assayed at asepsis condition by diffusion means using bacillus pumilus as becteria suspension and gentamycin and azithromycin as model drug. RESULTS Bacteriostatic ring of two antibacterial agents using together was larger than bacteriostatic ring of using gentamycin alone (P< 0.01). CONCLUSION To combine bactericidal agents in bacterial rest period with bacteriostatic can enhance bactericidal potency of bactericide in bacterial rest period.The effect of using bactericide first and using bacteriostatic in bacterial rest period is better than that of the combination used in the same time.
