摘　　要：介绍了CMM二级KPA软件项目跟踪和监督的实施方案,主要从组织结构、文件体系、过程和资源4个方面阐述了建立软件项目跟踪和监督体系的过程,着重描述其实施的过程活动。同时,探讨了SPTO与CMM二级中其它主要相关KPA之间的关系。This article introduces an implementation solution of SPTO of CMM level 2 KPA by describing the process of building SPTO subsystem mainly in the four aspects of organizational structure, file system, process and resources, and the process of implementing SPTO mainly in the key activities. The article also discusses the main relationships between SPTO and other CMM Level 2 KPAs.
