摘　　要：介绍了一个为移动运营商开展短消息相关业务的全面解决方案 ,包括实现和移动短消息中心的接口 ,提供(移动梦网 )的运营平台 ,实现移动各种短消息业务 。The article introduces a total solution about the short messagerelated services to mobile operators.It includes the following functions:implementing and transferring the mobile shortmessage center interface, providing the operation platform of monternet, implementing all kinds of the mobile shortmessage business, providing the website management and billing.
