摘 要:回龙抽水蓄能电站水量较少,上库库盆存在较严重的渗漏问题,如果不采取防渗措施将会直接影响电站运行。根据电站的地形地质情况和投资限制要求,对上库共考虑了6种防渗方案。通过非连续介质岩体三维渗流模拟方法对库区进行渗流分析和方案比选,最终确定了主干裂隙采用混凝土板、次要裂隙采用喷混凝土的组合全包的刚性防渗方案,这种刚性组合防渗方案在国内外抽水蓄能电站库盆防渗措施中尚属首例,实践证明,该方案具有安全可靠、施工方便、经济合理等特点,能达到理想的防渗效果。The water of Huilong Pumped Storage Plant is insufficient and the upper reservoir basin exits severe seepage. It will directly affect the plant operation if impermeable measures are not adopted. The paper considers 6 plans in all according to the topographical and geological conditions and requirements of investment limitation of the plant. It finally selects a combined rigid impermeable plan of using concrete slab for the main fissures and shotcrete for the secondary ones through analysis on reservoir seepage by the method of three-dimensional seepage simulation of discontinuous fissured medium rock mass and plan selection. Such an impermeable plan is the first time used for reservoir anti-seepage of pumped storage plants both at home and abroad. It is shown by the practice that the plan has advantages of safety, reliable, convenient in construction and reasonable in economy, reaching the ideal impermeable results.
