摘  要:研究了添加稀土镧对热浸镀渗铝钢渗层组织和含CO2水介质条件下耐腐蚀性的影响,结果表明在0%~1%范围内,由于稀土的催渗作用,随着稀土含量的增加,渗层中富铝层增厚。当稀土添加量为0%~0.5%时,渗层的耐蚀性逐渐提高,当稀土添加量大于0.5%时,渗层的耐蚀性反而逐渐降低。添加0.5%稀土的渗层的耐腐蚀性能最好,为不加稀土的1.65倍。The influence of rare earth lanthanum on the microstructure and corrosion-resistance of hot-dipped aluminum in water containing CO_2 was studied. The results show that the rich aluminum layer in the hot-dipped Aluminum becomes thicker with the increase of the rare earth content from 0%~1.0% because of the of rare earth. The corrosion-resistance is enhanced when rare earth is added from 0% to 0.5% but is impaired when rare earth content exceeds 0.5%. The hot-dipped aluminum with 0.5% rare earth possesses the best corrosion-resistance which is 1.65 times as much as that of without rare earth.
