摘  要:目的 :观察 0 .2T稳恒磁场对兔创伤修复的影响 .方法 :30只新西兰大耳白兔随机等分为 2组 ,即磁场组和对照组 ,作背部创伤模型 ,其中磁场组用 0 .2T恒磁片制作的敷带包扎治疗 ,对照组用空白敷带包扎 ,不曝磁 .1 0d后对创伤愈合情况进行解剖学和病理学检查 .结果 :磁场组创伤修复情况明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组瘢痕黏连度要比磁场组严重 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :稳恒磁场能提高兔的创伤愈合速度和质量 。AIM: To investigate the effects of 0.2 T constant magnetic fields on wound healing in rabbits. METHODS: Thirty white big ear rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. The same wound models were made on the back of each rabbit in both magnetic group and control group. Each rabbit in magnetic group was bound up with 0.2 T magnetic flakes, while that in the control group was bound up with blank bandage. The whole process was completed in the Research Center of Laboratory Animals of the 4th Military Medical University. After 10 d, the examinations of anatomy and pathology were performed. RESULTS: Rabbits in the magnetic group showed better healing of sutured wound than the controls. The scar adhesion was much less in the magnetic group than in control group( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The constant magnetic fields can promote the wound healing and restrain the scar adhesion.
