摘  要:针对采用数字电液控制系统的汽轮发电机组在运行中出现调节汽门波动的问题,通过对数字电波控制系统调节回路各环节的分析,找出了阀位反馈装置工作不正常是造成该问题的主要原因,并结合位移传感器的结构和运行中可能出现的问题,提出解决方法。Governing valve fluctuation problem occurred often during the operation of steam turbine with digital electrohydraulic (DEH) control system. Through analyzing the each link of regulating circuit of DEH control system, it was found out that the abnormal work of valve position feedback device was the main cause for the fluctuation problem. Combined with the problems possibly appeared in the configuration of displacement transducer and during the operation, the solving methods were brought forward.
