摘 要:基于遗传算法的基本原理,结合温度有限元方法验证精馏塔是否有解,建立了适合优化精馏塔回流比的遗传算法。本算法无需假设条件,应用范围广,不受组分数目的限制;适用于单塔分离系统,也适用于多塔分离系统;可应用于理想和非理想混合系统以及共沸系统;不仅适用于沸点相差较大的物系,也适用于沸点相差不大的物系。计算结果与Underwood等方法相符。与其它算法相比,本遗传算法不需要求解复杂的非线性方程,计算时间大大缩短。<abstract>sed on principles of genetic algorithms (GA), together with the feasibility test of distillation columns using Temperature Finite Collocation Method, a genetic algorithm used properly to optimize reflux of distillation columns was obtained. This GA has not any assumptions and no limitation of number of components. Not only can it be applied to a single distillation column,but also can be used to a series of distillation columns. It can get accurate results for ideal,nonideal and azeotropic systems as well as for sloppy and sharp splits. Results from this GA correspond to those of literature. Comparing with other algorithms, this GA avoids solving complicated nonlinear equations and its computation time is shortened remarkably.
