摘  要:分析了固态和液态抗静电剂在HDPE中混合使用与单组分抗静电剂在HDPE中使用的表面电阻率变化情况 ;通过水洗试样后测试其表面电阻率变化 ,对比了几种抗静电剂在HDPE树脂中不同的析出速度 ;还比较了固态抗静电剂和液态抗静电剂加入基体树脂中所得材料表面电阻率的分散情况。结果表明 :混合型抗静电剂中固态组分的迁移速度决定了其混合型抗静电剂在基体树脂中向试样表面的迁移速度 ,但析出饱和稳定后的表面电阻率由其中效果好的组分及其之间的协同效应决定 ;液态型和凝胶型抗静电剂在树脂中的分散性比固态型抗静电剂好。The surface resistance of HDPE blended with solid and liquid antistatic agents and that of HDPE blended with only solid or liquid antistatic agent were analysed. The changes of the surface resistence were determined after the sample was washed with water and the separating rate of the agent in HDPE was compared. The dispersion of the surface resistence was studied when solid and liquid antistatic agents were blended with the matrix resin. The results showed the separating rate of the solid antistic agent in the mixed agent was the key point of the separating rate of the mixed agent in the resin. The surface resistence of the sample depended on the better agent and the synergistic action of the two agents when the seperation of the antistatic agent in the sample was saturated and stable. The dispersion of liquid and gel antistatic agents in the resin were better than that of solid agent in the resin.
