摘　　要：本文从城市地学资料入手,详细研究了唐山市的地质环境主题,采用相应的经济数学模型计算城市土地开发利用的期望损失费用,对土地使用能力进行了定量分析与综合评价,编制了土地能力分析系列图件,为制定城市规划工程控制措施提供依据,从而保证城市规划中土地开发利用与地质环境保持最大程度协调一致。Subjects relating to geological environment in Tangshan city are studies herein based on material of urban Earth science. Expected loss for urban land utilization are calculated by using relevant economic mathematic models, quantitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation are then exercised for the capability of land utilization and a series of charts for the analysis of land-use capability are worked out to provide basis for the formulation of controlling measures for urban planning and to ensure the utmost, conformity between laud-use and geological environment in urban planning.
