摘  要:目的研究呼唤应答法查对与常规询问法查对对护理工作中差错的影响。方法采用单盲实验对呼唤应答法在护理查对工作中进行监测记录 ,试验时间为 1 2 2天 ,单日为实验组 ,双日为对照组 ,跟踪反馈至实验结束后 5天。结果实验组差错发生率明显减少 ,医嘱查对工作中差错率为 0 0 8% ,对照组为 0 4 5 %。用药查对中 ,实验组差错率 0 % ,对照组为 0 0 1 %。满意度问卷调查 ,实验组 98 6 6 % ,对照组为 96 5 7%。结论呼唤应答法应用于护理查对工作中有效地减少或杜绝了护理缺点或差错的发生 ,提高了护理质量 。Objective To investigate the effect on mistake during nursing checkup by Call respond methods and regular inquiry checkup method. Method Single blind trial method was adopted to supervise and record the nursing work during Call respond checkup. The trial lasts 122 days. The experimental group carried out on odd days, the control group carried out on coup days. Result the incidence of mistake in experimental group has reduced significantly. The incidence of mistake in doctor's order checkup is 0.08%, and the incidence of mistake happened in control group is 0.45%, no mistake happened in the checkup of drug using, the incidence of control group is 0.01%, the experimental group's satisfaction incidence is 98.66%, the control group's satisfaction incidence is 96.57%. Conclusion The applying of Call respond method during nursing checkup work has reduced and prevented mistake, and has improved the nursing quality and developed the relationship between nursing and patients.
