黄芪注射液联合亚低温对鼠缺血性中风气虚证保护作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 观察黄芪注射液联合亚低温对鼠缺血性中风气虚证的保护作用。方法 建立缺血性中风气虚证动物模型,观察黄芪注射液和亚低温干预对模型神经缺损征以及梗死灶的影响。结果 各治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分明显低于对照组;联合治疗组大鼠梗死灶较亚低温组及黄芪组有减小。结论 黄芪注射液、亚低温对缺血性中风气虚证均有较好的脑保护作用,二者联合应用可起到更好的脑保护作用。Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Huangqi Injection (黄芪注射液) and mild hypothermia on cerebral ischemia(Syndrome of Qi-Dificiency in TCM) in rats. Methods: After aniaml model being established, the influence of Huangqi Injection and mild hypothermia on the neurologic dificits and the infarct bulk were observed. Results: Compared with the controlled group, the neurologic dificits and the infarct bulk were significantly lower in all treatment groups. And the infarct bulk of the combination therapy group was smaller than the other groups. Conclusion: Both Huangqi Injection and mild hypothermia could provide cerebral protective effects on cerebral ischemia(Syndrome of Qi-Dificiency in TCM), and combining the two is surpior to monotherapy.
