摘　　要：目的　建立褶合光谱测定氢化可的松麻黄碱滴鼻液中氢化可的松和盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法　用TU -190 1双光束紫外可见分光光度计采集吸收度信息 ,并通过数据转换将信息转到褶合光谱程序中 ,并由该程序双组分定量分析系统计算氢化可的松和盐酸麻黄碱的含量。结果　氢化可的松和盐酸麻黄碱的平均回收率分别为 99.81%、10 0 .16 % ;相对标准偏差 (RSDs)分别为 0 .4 2 %、0 .2 0 %。结论　本法结果可靠、准确 。Objective To establish a convoluted curve method for determination of the content of hydrocortisone and ephedrine hydrochloride in hydrocortisone-ephedrine nasal drops.Methods The absorption data were obtained by UV-VIS spectrophotometry,The convoluted curve method was used to calculate the content of hydrocortisone and ephedrine hydrochloride after absorption data transformation.Results The average recoveries of hydrocortisone and ephedrine hydrochloride were 99.81% and 100.16%,respectively,with RSDs of 0.42% and (0.20%),respectively.Conclusions Convoluted curve method is reliable, accurate and suitable for the determination of the drug contents in hospital preparations.
