慢性肝病患者T淋巴细胞亚群、IL-10和IL-12变化的意义

摘　　要：目的 :观察慢性肝病患者 T淋巴细胞亚群、IL- 10和 IL- 12与临床表现的关系。方法 :采用双抗体夹心 EL ISA法与抗体致敏的红细胞花环试验法 ,对 6 8例慢性乙肝病毒性肝病患者 T淋巴细胞亚群、IL- 10和 IL- 12进行平行测定。结果 :不同临床类型慢性肝病患者 CD4 +、CD4 + / CD8+明显低于对照组 ,而 CD8+明显高于对照组 ;慢性肝炎组 IL- 10、 IL- 12明显高于对照组 ;慢性 HBe Ag阳性肝炎患者 CD4 +、 CD4 + / CD8+及 IL- 12明显低于HBe Ag阴性患者 ,CD8+及 IL- 10明显高于 HBe Ag阴性患者。结论 :慢性乙肝病毒性肝病患者细胞免疫功能低下 ,免疫调节紊乱 ,IL- 10、 IL- 12水平及 T淋巴细胞亚群变化与患者 HBV携带状态即 HBV的复制活跃程度有关。Objective To examine the changes of T lymphocyte subsets, IL-10 and IL-12 levels in patients with chronic hepatic diseases. Methods Serum IL-10, IL-12 and T lymphocyte subsets in 68 patients with various clinic types of viral hepatic diseases were detected by double-sandwich ELISA and erythrocyte garland test, respectively. Results CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in patients with different clinic types of chronic hepatic disease were significantly decreased, and CD8+ cells were significantly increased compared with control, and IL-10, IL-12 levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B and hepatocirrhosis markedly increased. CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, and IL-12 in HBeAg positive hepatitis group were markedly lower than those in HBeAg negative hepatitis group. The number of CD8+ cells and IL-10 level were significantly higher than those in HBeAg negative hepatitis group. Conclusion The immunological function is disorder in patients with chronic HBV hepatic disease, and CD4+, CD4+/ CD8+, IL-10, and IL-12 levels are related to state of HBV replication carrier or the active degree of HBV in patients with chronic hepatic disease.
