摘　　要：作为建筑构成的两大要素 ,造型和空间一直是建筑师追求创新和变革的原点 ,然而 ,在评判一座建筑时 ,人们却又是更多地侧重于它的造型艺术特征 ,在独立式住宅设计领域 ,这种现象非常普遍。As two importamt elements of the building constitutes,plastic and space have been source ordords of creative and replace by architect,however,while adjudicating a building,people but again lays emphasis morely it's plastic art character,in the design realm of the independent house,this kind of phenomenon is very widespread.This paper analyzes the design methods of independent houses from the exterior to the interior,staring barely with the plastic arts.
