摘  要:在规模200kt/a的Amoco气相法聚丙烯装置上进行了NG催化剂的工业化应用试验,考察了该催化剂的适应性和共聚合性能,并和进口催化剂进行了比较。工业试验结果表明,NG催化剂活性高,氢调敏感性和共聚合性能良好;生产的聚合物粉料流动性好,粒径分布窄,细粉少,堆密度和等规度高;对NG催化剂和进口催化剂生产的聚合物采用核磁共振碳谱(13CNMR)、差热扫描量热法(DSC)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等分析技术进行结构和性能的研究。结果表明,NG催化剂和进口催化剂生产的聚合物机械性能相当,微观结构也基本一致。Industrial application of domestic developed NG catalyst was on trial in an existing 200 kt/a Amoco gas-phase polypropylene(PP) plant.Adaptability and co-polymerization performance of the catalyst were examined.Comparison with relevant imported catalyst was under careful inspection.NG catalyst has features of high activity,excellent hydrogen adjustability and superior co-polymerization performance.Polymers produced by NG catalyst possessed good fluidity,narrow particle size distribution,less fine particles,high bulk density and isotacticity.Structure and properties of polymers produced by NG and relevant imported catalyst were both studied via ()^(13)C NMR,DSC and GPC techniques.Their mechanical properties as well as micro structure are very similar.
