摘　　要：商业保险的中介一直存在诸多弊端 ,本文讨论了从电子商务角度来解决这一问题的设想 ,并且提出一种基于移动Agent的保险电子商务框架。应用移动Agent来组织保险电子商务的投保业务流程 ,并利用了P3P隐私保护协议来保证隐私安全 。This article mainly argues the idea how to solve the agency problem from the angle of electronic commerce,puts forward a frame of insurance electronic commerce based on mobile-agent,applies mobile-agent to organize the insurance business,utilizes P3P policy to ensure privacy security,and thus preferably solves the problem of agency.
