摘　　要：文中针对工程造价与工期的关系,提出工程造价—最佳工期模型技术,用以确定建设项目的最佳工期,达到最低的工程造价。如果工程建设项目在工期和资源供应设计上都没有具体要求限制时,可以考虑应用该技术,该技术对施工管理水平、经济效益的提高和改善都有实际的指导意义。In the paper, through the analysis of relation between cost of project and construction period, a model technique about the cost of project and the best construction period is presented to determine the best construction period and to realize the minimum cost of project. If there is no concrete limitation on construction period and resource provision of this project, this technique can be used. This technique has important meaning for the improvement of management level and economic benefit of the project construction.
