摘　　要：应用模糊数学理论和方法对影响一个地区工程质量状况和水平的因素进行层次分析 ,建立了工程质量状况和水平的评价模型 .分析表明 ,该模型不仅能将人们的主观判断用数量形式来表达 ,把定性资料转化为定量数据 ,使评价过程数学模型化 。A hierarchical analys was performed on the factors influencing the quality of regional projects by use of the fuzzy mathematical theory and method, and an appraisal model was established. With the model, the subjective judgment of the quality of the projects was expressed with numerical values, and the qualitative information was converted into quantitative data. Not only does the model developed make the appraisal process digitized, but also fully consider the subjective initiative of human beings.
