摘　　要：超声变幅杆是超声波加工装置中最主要的部件之一,其种类较多,且每一种类的各项参数计算较复杂和繁琐,给实际应用带来困难。阐述了应用VB与MATLAB编程工具及其相结合的手段开发超声变幅杆参数计算软件的方法,编制了相应程序,解决了变幅杆参数计算的实际问题。Ultrasonic amplitude-bar is one of the most important parts in the ultrasonic machining equipments. It has many kinds, and each kind possesses many parameters which are very complicated and tedious to be calculated. The calculation of parameters brings great difficulty for practical application. This article explains how to use VB and MATLAB programming tool and means of combining them to develop ultrasonic amplitude-bar parameter calculating software. The difficult practical problems in amplitude-bar parameter calculating are solved.
