摘　　要：对谏壁发电厂的1025t/h锅炉回转式空气预热器漏风原因进行了分析,并对空气预热器密封进行了局部改造。将空气预热器转子原有24个仓格,改造成48个仓格,改单道密封为双道密封。改造后,每年产生的综合经济效益为80 84万元,空气预热器的漏风率降低到7%左右,达到了节能降耗的目的,可供借鉴。The cause of air leakage of rotary air preheater in 1 025 t/h boiler of Jianbi Power Plant was analyzed. The sealing of the air preheater was consequently partly retrofitted: the 24 chambers in the air preheater rotor were changed into 48 ones and the single sealing was changed into double sealing. The objective of energy saving was obtained and the benefit from the retrofit will be more than eight hundred thousand RMB with the air leakage rate reducing to about 7%.
