摘　　要：简述了美、苏、日、英等工业发达国家CBN的发展现状,并通过三种国产CBN硬质合金刀片的切削试验表明,国产复合刀片既可切淬硬钢,也可切非淬硬钢。CBN的含量、掺杂物、结合剂、CBN的粒径及合成条件(温度、压力)等的不同,将使其切削性能有很大差异。应开发适合加工不同工件材料的CBN系列产品,以充分发挥CBN复合刀片的切削性能。In this paper,the developing stedus of CBN made by the advanced industry countrieshas been introduced. And the testsfor China-made CBN-Carbide insert have also been introduced. The results show that China-made CBN-Carbide insertcoan cut either hardened steel or non-hardened steel. Due to the difference of the components,the cutting properties of the insert is much different than that of world CBN. Therefore,the series of CBN inserts for all kinds of materials should be developed in China tool industry.
