摘　　要：本文主要概括了近年来 ,锌缺乏与免疫功能的研究进展 ,包括 :锌缺乏与中枢和外周免疫器官T、B淋巴细胞的凋亡、脏器中金属硫蛋白的表达。In this paper, the progress on study of zinc deficiency and immunity including the relationship between zinc deficiency and the apoptosis of T cell, B cell, the expression of MT, immunological function of red cell, and non-specific immune system were reviewed.
