中老年人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征白天嗜睡的临床分析

摘　　要：目的　通过对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征 (OSAHS)患者白天嗜睡的测评 ,探讨白天嗜睡在不同年龄、病情之间的发生率。　方法　采用Epworth嗜睡量表 ,对经过多导睡眠监测(PSG)诊断为OSAHS的患者进行测评。　结果　OSAHS患者白天嗜睡的发生率为 5 4 3% ,且不同年龄组 (老年组和非老年组 )、不同病情组 (按睡眠呼吸紊乱指数 ,即AHI大小划分 )的发生率差异无显著性 ,嗜睡程度以非老年组高于老年组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,重度组高于轻、中度组 (P <0 0 5 )。　结论　中老年OSAHS患者白天嗜睡的发生率 5 4 3% ,老年患者的发生率与非老年患者没有差别。Objective To investigate the incidence difference of the daytime sleepiness in the obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) patients with different age and apnea hypopnea Index(AHI) . Methods 127 OSAHS patients were diagnosed by polysomnographic (PSG),and then the daytime sleepiness of the patients was measured by Epworth Sleeping Scales (ESS). Results The incidence of the daytime sleepiness in the middle aged and elderly patients with OSAHS was 54.3% and there were no significant differences between the elderly and the non-elderly in statistics ( P >0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of the daytime sleepiness and sleepiness score among the elderly patients with various degree OSAHS in statistics ( P >0.05),excepting the significant differences in the non-elderly ( P <0.05). The incidence of daytime sleepiness in severe OSAHS patients was higher than in the mild and moderate patients and the degree of the daytime sleepiness was more severe in severe OSAHS patients than in the mild and moderate OSAHS patients. Conclusions The incidence of the daytime sleepiness in the middle aged and elderly patients with OSAHS is 54.3%. There is no difference in the incidence of the daytime sleepiness between the elderly and non-elderly middle aged patients with OSAHS.
