针药结合治疗不同证型女性迟发性与持久性痤疮的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :寻找治疗女性痤疮的最佳方法 ,并探讨其作用机理。方法 :将 10 4例患者随机分为针药组 (38例 )、针刺组 (32例 )和中药组 (34例 )。针药组取穴以循经远取与局部近取相结合 ,同时给予中药芩参粉刺清口服液治疗 ;对照组为单纯针刺组与单纯中药组。结果 :患者皮损改善 ,针药组总有效率明显高于针刺组及中药组 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 3组治疗后血中神经生长因子(NGF)、血清睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )水平均有下降 ,尤以针药组肝肾阴虚型T水平改善明显。结论 :针药结合法是治疗女性迟发性与持久性痤疮的有效方法 ,并有调节患者血清神经生长因子、性激素与细胞因子水平的作用。Objective To search for the best therapy for female delayed and persistent acne and study the mechanism. Methods One hundred and four cases were randomly divided into an acupuncture plus medicine group (n=38), an acupuncture group (n=32) and a Chinese medicine group (n=34). The acupuncture plus medicine group were treated by needling distal acupoints selected along channels and local acupoints in combination with Qinshen Fenciqing oral liquid, and the acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group were respectively treated by simple acupuncture and simple administration of Chinese medicine Qinshen Fenciqing oral liquid. Results The skin lesion in the 3 groups were improved, the total effective rate in the acupuncture plus medicine was significantly higher than that in the acupuncture or the Chinese medicine group (P<0.05). Blood nerve growth factor (NGF), testosterone (T) and estradiol (E 2) levels in the 3 groups all decreased, with T level significantly improved in the patient of liver and kidney Yin-deficiency type in the acupuncture plus medicine group. Conclusion Combination of acupuncture with medicine is an effective therapy for female delayed and persistent acne and it has regulative action on serum nerve growth factor, sexual hormones and cytokines.
