针刺督脉穴用于海洛因依赖脱毒治疗的临床对照观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察督脉穴在海洛因依赖脱毒治疗中的有效性。方法 :将 70例海洛因依赖患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组各 35例。治疗组采用美沙酮 10d递减疗法 ,配合针刺督脉穴治疗 ;对照组单纯采用美沙酮 10d递减疗法。两组均采用戒断症状评定量表进行评定记分和症状分级。结果 :治疗组实际完成脱毒治疗 31例 ,对照组 2 6例。两组治疗前后自身比较戒断症状记分 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。两组逐日戒断症状记分 ,治疗后出汗、焦虑和肌肉骨骼疼痛症状的分级 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 :针刺督脉穴对海洛因依赖戒断综合征症状有辅助治疗作用 ,能有效缓解戒断症状。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of acupuncture on points of the Governor Vessel for deintoxication of heroin dependence. Methods Seventy cases of heroin dependence were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 35 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated by methadone 10-day decremental therapy in combination with acupuncture on points of the Governor Vessel, and the control group by the simple methadone 10-day decremental therapy. The abstinence symptom rating scale was used as marking and grading of symptoms. Results Thirty-one cases completed deintoxication treatment in the treatment group and 25 cases in the control group. There were significant differences in scores of abstinence symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups (P<0.01). The scores for abstinence symptems at d1, d2, d5, d6, d7, d8, d9 and d10 in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); the treatment group in grading of perspiration, anxiety and pain of muscles and bones was superior to the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture on points of the Governor Vessel has an adjuvant therapeutic effect on heroin dependence withdrawal syndrome and can effectively relieve abstinence symptoms.
