神聪鼎灸法治疗颈性头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察神聪鼎灸法对颈性头痛的治疗作用。 方法 :将 10 6例患者随机分为观察组和对照组 ,均取四神聪、百会穴 ,观察组针加鼎灸法 ,对照组只针不灸。结果 :治疗后观察组头痛、颈痛或颈肩痛、头晕、睡眠障碍、颈后肌压痛、寰椎横突压痛及脑血流图变化等改善明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 :神聪鼎灸法治疗颈性头痛疗效肯定 ,具有较好的临床应用前景。Objective To observe therapeutic action of Shencongding moxibustion on cervical headache. Methods One hundred and six cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group were treated by acupuncture and Shencongding moxibustion on Sishencong (EX-HN1) and Baihui (GV 20), and the control group by acupuncture on Sishencong (EX-HN1) and Baihui (GV 20). Results After treatment, the improvement of headache, cervicodynia or neck-shoulder pain, dizziness, dyssomnia, tenderness on posterior muscles of neck and atlas transverse process, and rheoencephalogram in the observation group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Shencongding moxibustion has a definite therapeutic effect with a better clinical application prospection for cervical headache.
