摘　　要：ETSI发布的欧洲新一代全数字集群系统TETRA是当今最先进的移动通信系统之一。介绍了TETRA中的ACELP语音压缩编码算法,并用MATLAB6.5和VC++7.0对ACELP算法进行了仿真。对仿真结果作了较为详细的分析。The latest generation of the digital trunked system TETRA, which is defined by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), is one of the most advanced mobile communication systems. In this paper,the ACELP algorithm used in TETRA is introduced and simulated under MATLAB 6.5 and VC++7.0. The simulation result is also analized in detail.
