摘　　要：目的:探讨同时修复面颈部瘢痕切除术后创面的较好方法。方法:应用颏下皮瓣联合颈肩皮瓣对10例面颈部瘢痕切除术后创面进行修复。结果:10例瘢痕切除术后创面均得到Ⅰ期修复,所修复创面的皮肤颜色和质地与周围皮肤一致,供皮瓣区术后瘢痕不明显。结论:该方法对于同时修复面部和颈部一定范围内的瘢痕切除后创面是一种简单易行的好方法。Objective To explore a new surgical technique for simultaneous repair of wound surfaces after facio-cervical scar resection. Methods Using submaxillary and cervico-shoulder flaps, wound surface repair was performed in 10 patients who underwent facio-cervical scar resection. Results Stage I repair was achieved in all 10 patients,in whom the color of skin and texture of the repaired wound surfaces were consistent with those of the surrounding skin,and there was no evident scarring at the flap donor sites. Conclusion Combined use of submaxillary and cervico-shoulder flaps is a simple and easy-to-follow technique for repairing wound surfaces after facio-cervical scar resection.
