摘　　要：目的:探讨一种设计简单、操作灵活,术后切口隐蔽、外形恢复较好的乳房缩小整形术式。方法:在保留双环切口的基础上加以改良,尤其是塑形后乳腺组织和肋骨骨膜的牢靠固定。结果:术后乳房切口隐蔽,外形恢复较好,未见下垂复发。结论:改良的双环形乳房切口是一种设计简单、操作灵活、切口隐蔽、外形恢复较好的乳房缩小整形术式。Objective To probe a simply designed reduction mammaplasty with covert incision and a better contour of restored breast. Methods We improved conventional design of the double-ring incision and fixed the mammary gland organization on the rib periosteum firmly after breast reshaping. Results The technique possesses a covert incision and the good looking of breast post-operation.The mammary ptosis has not been seen. Conclusion The double-ring improved incision is a kind of reduction mammaplasty designed simply and operated flexibly,with hided incision and good breast contour postoperation .
