摘　　要：本文介绍JX-300X专家控制系统在石英管生产中的应用。针对非标生产的石英管生产设备及繁多的工艺参数,采用专家自学习及工艺参数模糊自寻优方式减少了生产对操作人员经验的依赖。对石英管生产中应用集散控制系统技术具有一定的参考价值。The paper introduces the application of JX-300X expert control system in the production of quartz tube. Focusing on the equipments and various technical parameters of nonstandard production, it establishes the expert self - study and proposes the technical parameter fuzzy self-optimized control thought, which will weaken to be dependent on the experience of operators and will have certain reference value to the application of distributed control system in the production of quartz tube.
