高效液相色谱法测定护肝胶囊中大黄素的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定护肝胶囊中大黄素的含量。方法 :色谱柱为HypersilC18柱 (4 .6mm×2 5 0mm ,10 μm) ,流动相为乙腈 水 冰乙酸 (6 0∶4 0∶1) ,流速为 1mL·min-1,检测波长为 4 37nm。结果 :大黄素在 0 .0 6 88～0 .6 88μg范围内线性良好 ,回归方程 :Y =112 6 0 +35 4 2 36X ,r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 98.4 % ,RSD为 1.1%。结论 :本方法简便、准确 ,重现性好 ,可有效地控制该制剂的质量。OBJECTIVE An HPLC method was established for the determination of emodin in Hugan capsul e.METHODS The Hypersil C 18 column( 4.6 mm× 250 mm, 10 μm) was used.The m obile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-acetic acid (60∶40∶1).The flow rate was 1 mL·min -1.The detection wavelength was 437 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.0688～ 0.6 88 μg with the regression equation of Y= 11260+ 354236X,r= 0.9998.The average recovery was 98.4% with RSD of 1.1%.CONCLUSION The methodis simple,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for the control of th e quality of hugan capsule.
