甘露醇对动物静脉血栓形成及凝血时间的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究甘露醇对动物实验性血栓形成及凝血时间的影响 ;方法 :给大白鼠颈外静脉、家兔耳缘静脉及小白鼠尾静脉注射 10 %～ 2 0 %甘露醇 10 0～ 2 0 0mg·kg-1,观察其对动物体外血栓形成及凝血时间的影响。结果 :2 0 %甘露醇2 0 0mg·kg-1对大白鼠、家兔体外血栓形成有促进的作用 ,促进率分别为 30 .6 % ,31.5 % ;10 %甘露醇对大白鼠和家兔体外血栓形成几乎无促进作用 ,与生理盐水比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;10 %～ 2 0 %甘露醇 10 0～ 2 0 0mg·kg-1对小白鼠体外凝血时间具有缩短作用 ,与生理盐水比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :2 0 %甘露醇 2 0 0mg·kg-1对大白鼠和家兔体外血栓形成有弱的促进作用 。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of mannitol on thrombosis and blood coagulation on animals. METHODS The injection of 10%～20% mannitol (100～ 200 mg·kg -1 iv) was perfor med on rats and rabbits to observe the effct of mannitol on thrombus and the tim e of the blood coagulation.RESULTS 20%manntiol improved to be effective to the thrombosis of rats and rabbits,imp roving rates were 30.6%, 31.5%.10%,mannitol( 100 mg·kg -1 iv) had hardly effect on the thrombosis of rats and rabbits Compared with 0.9% Sodium Chloride,there was no significant difference (P> 0.05);and 10% ～20% mannitol (100～ 200 mg·kg -1 iv) reduced the time of the blood c oagulation of mice Compared with 0.9% Sodium Chloride,there was a signific ant difference(P< 0.05).CONCLUSION 20% mannitol ( 200 mg·kg -1 iv) can improve thrombosis of rats and ra bbits ,and manntiol with different concentration can reduce the time of blood coagulation of mice.
