复方替硝唑含漱剂的制备及其质量控制

摘　　要：目的 :介绍复方替硝唑含漱剂的制备、质量控制方法。方法 :采用导数光谱法测定复方替硝唑含漱剂中替硝唑的含量。结果 :复方替硝唑含漱剂中替硝唑含量测定的平均回收率为 99.38% ,RSD为 0 .88% ,该制剂在 6个月内基本稳定。结论 :复方替硝唑含嗽剂的制备和质量检验方法可行、可靠 。Objective:To Introduce a method for the preparation,quality control and clinical application of compound Tinidazole gargle.Method:The derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the concentration of tinidazole.Results:The average recovery of compound Tinidazole gargle was 99.38%,RSD was 0.88%.The compound Tinidazole gargle was stable and the contents had no obvious change within 6 months.Conclusion:The method of preparation and quality control is reliable.The gargle has a good clinical curative effect.
