摘  要:目的 :探讨急性敌百虫中毒是否导致女性中毒者体内氧化应激和自由基损伤以及其机制 .方法 :采用病例对照研究 ,用分光光度分析法检测了 5 0例急性敌百虫女性中毒者(ADWP)和 5 0例健康女性志愿者 (HWV)的血浆一氧化氮(NO)、维生素C(VC)、维生素E(VE)、β 胡萝卜素 (β CAR)含量以及红细胞丙二醛 (MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GPX)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性 .结果 :与HWV组 (NO ,MDA ,VC,VE,β CAR ,SOD ,CAT ,GPX和AChE分别为 (36 1± 88)nmol/L ,(2 9± 5 )nmol/g,(5 6± 1 7) μmol/L ,(2 6± 8) μmol/L ,(1 .7± 0 .5 ) μmol/L ,(2 0 5 5±1 89)kat/g,(2 97± 87)kat/g ,(2 8± 8)kkat/g和 (2 97± 86 )kkat/g比较 ,ADWP组的NO(5 2 1± 1 35 )和MDA(36± 6 )显著升高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,VC(4 1± 1 0 ) ,VE(1 8± 5 ) ,β CAR(1 .4± 0 .4 ) ,SOD(1 799± 1 6 0 ) ,CAT(2 39± 72 ) ,GPX(2 4± 5 )和AChE(2 37± 6 0 )显著降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;偏相关分析提示 ,ADWP的AChE值随着NO和MDA值的升高及VC,VE,β CAR ,SOD ,CAT和GPX值的降低而降低 (r =- 0 .5 4 9,- 0 .5 84 ,0 .5 72 ,0 .4 76 ,0 .5 6 2 ,0 .6 4 1 ,0 .5 6 7和 0 .6 32 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;AIM: To investigate whether acute dipterex poisoning (ADP) may cause oxidative stress and free radical damage in acute dipterex poisoning women patients (ADWP) and to explore the mechanisms by which ADP causes oxidative stress and free radical damage in ADWP. METHODS: Fifty ADWP and fifty healthy women volunteers (HWV) were enrolled in a case control study, in which the levels of nitric oxide (NO), vitamin C (V C), vitamin E (V E) and β carotene (β CAR) in plasma as well as the level of malondialdehyde (MDA), and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX) and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in erythrocytes were determined by spectrophotometry. RESULTS: Compared with the HWV group, whose NO, MDA, V C, V E, β CAR, SOD, CAT, GPX and AChE were (361±88) nmol/L, (29±5) nmol/g·Hb, (56±17) μmol/L, (26±8) μmol/L, (1.7±0.5) μmol/L, (2055±189) kkat/g, (297±87) kat/g, (28±8) kkat/g and (297±86) kkat/g, respectively, the NO and MDA in the ADWP group were significantly increased (521±135) and (36±6, P < 0.01), while V C, V E, β CAR, SOD, CAT, GPX and AChE in the ADWP group were significantly decreased (41±10, 18±5, 1.4±0.4, 1799±160, 239±72, 24±5 and 237±60, respectively, P <0.01). The findings of partial correlation analysis suggested that AChE in the ADWP significantly decreased with the increase of NO and MDA and the decrease of V C, V E, β CAR, SOD, CAT and GPX in the ADWP ( r =-0.549, -0.584, 0.572, 0.476, 0.562, 0.641, 0.567 and 0.632, respectively, P <0.01). Reliability analysis for the above experimental parameters, reflecting oxidative stress and free radical damage to the ADWP, showed that the reliability coefficient alpha was 0.6909 and the standardized item alpha was 0.8574. CONCLUSION: The findings in the present study suggest that ADP causes oxidative stress and free radical damage in ADWP.
