摘　　要：总结了近 30年来关于光学纯 2 氯丙酸及其酯的合成方法的研究进展 ,主要包括由手性原料合成、生物酶和细菌法合成以及不对称合成等方法 ;另外还总结了该光学纯化合物在除草剂、杀菌剂等手性农药中的应用。The paper introduced some synthetic methods and progress on optical 2-chloropropionic acid and ester,which included the compound's synthesis by optical raw material,or bacteria,or biological enzyme and asymmetry; also introduced the application in chiral pesticides like herbicide and fungicide in 30 years.
